Terms of Service (TOS)
1. Scope x
1.1 These Terms of Service (TOS) govern the use of the platform "GrowAGram", where users can upload media such as videos and images and write their own texts. By using the platform, you agree to these TOS.
2. Use of Content
2.1 Users may only upload media and content for which
they hold the rights.
2.2 The uploaded images and texts can be seen and
read by anyone.
2.3 The platform operator receives the unrestricted
right to use any user-generated content for marketing purposes.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1 Users must comply with the legislation of their
respective country regarding the cultivation of cannabis.
3.2 Anti-constitutional activities, insults, and rude
behavior are prohibited. Users must always be polite and helpful.
3.3 Advertising for other platforms is prohibited.
Sponsored posts must be agreed upon with the platform operator.
3.4 Offering products, parts, or services to other
users is strictly prohibited. Such posts and messages will be deleted
without comment and may result in a warning or ban.
3.5 Personal data such as addresses or phone numbers
may not be published or shared in personal messages.
3.6 Vulgar language and inappropriate content are not
allowed. Abbreviations, self-censorship, and attempts to circumvent
the community software's word censorship are also prohibited.
3.7 Family-friendliness is an important feature of
the platform. Posts should be formulated accordingly.
4. Age Restrictions and Account Rules
4.1 To create an account, users must be at least 18
years old. If a minor account holder is detected, the account and all
posts will be deleted.
4.2 Each user may only create one account. Multiple
accounts will be deleted, and the user will be warned or banned.
4.3 Usernames must not contain personal data or
offensive terms. The platform operator reserves the right to change
usernames that could cause confusion.
5. Penalties for Violations
5.1 In case of violations of these TOS, the user may be temporarily or permanently banned from using the platform.
6. Severability Clause
6.1 If any provision of these TOS is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
7. Changes to the TOS
7.1 The platform operator reserves the right to change these TOS at any time. Changes will be communicated to users in a timely manner.
